When visiting the website

When you visit our website www.fst-logistic.de, information will automatically be sent to our website’s server by the browser used on your device. You have the right:

  • In accordance with Article 15 GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to which your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or opposition, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information on its details;

  • In accordance with Article 16 GDPR, to immediately require us to rectify any incorrect or incomplete personal data we have stored;

  • In accordance with Article 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless their processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;

  • In accordance with Article 18 GDPR, to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, insofar as you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete them, and we no longer need the data, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or if you have filed an objection to the processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR;

We use the common Secure Socket Layer (SSL) process for site visits, in conjunction with the highest level of encryption that your browser supports. Typically, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. If a single page of our Internet presence is transmitted via encryption, you will recognize the closed presentation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

We also use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or against unauthorised access by third parties.
